Representing Governor Matt Meyer and the State of Delaware in a landmark settlement of Christiana Care Health Systems, Inc. v. Carney (Del. Ch., C.A. No. 2024-0802-LWW) involving claims under the Delaware Constitution. The settlement required drafting and passage of new legislation, Senate Bill 213, regarding hospital cost oversight.
Defending the managers of a medical services staffing company in litigation alleging breach of fiduciary duty and breach of the company’s operating agreement.
Representing several tech company founder- and director-plaintiffs in the Delaware Court of Chancery in claims ranging from breach of fiduciary duty to misappropriation of trade secrets to usurpation of corporate opportunity.
