Lippstone Law LLC serves as lead counsel and Delaware counsel in a variety of corporate and commercial law matters. Recent lead counsel matters include:

Representing several tech company founder- and director-plaintiffs in the Delaware Court of Chancery in claims ranging from breach of fiduciary duty to misappropriation of trade secrets to usurpation of corporate opportunity;

Defending the managers of a medical services staffing company in litigation alleging breach of fiduciary duty and breach of the company’s operating agreement; and

Representing various Delaware contractors and homebuilders in the Delaware Superior Court in lawsuits relating to breach of construction contracts, mechanic’s liens, and related issues.
